Airport Transfers 6 questions

Yes. Limo Lux monitors every flight from the moment a reservation is confirmed, adjusting pickup timing automatically for early arrivals, delays, or gate changes. Your chauffeur is always there when you land, regardless of what the flight does.

Before your plane lands, you'll receive terminal-specific pickup instructions by text or email telling you exactly where to go and who to look for. Your chauffeur will be curbside or at baggage claim with a personalized name display. No searching the pickup lane, no phone calls back and forth.

Primary airports are Logan International (BOS) in Boston, JFK International in New York, Manchester-Boston Regional (MHT) in New Hampshire, and T.F. Green International (PVD) in Providence. Transfers to and from other regional airports are available on request, call us to confirm availability.

Yes. Complimentary wait time is included in every airport reservation. Because we monitor your flight in real time, your chauffeur adjusts their arrival to match your actual landing time. You will not be charged extra because your flight was late.

Yes. For groups traveling together, we can arrange pickup in a single larger vehicle such as the Escalade SUV or the Mercedes Sprinter van. Select the vehicle class that fits your group size and luggage count when booking, or call us to confirm the right choice.

Yes. Departures work the same way as arrivals. You book your pickup location and departure time, and we route you to the correct terminal with enough buffer for check-in and security. We recommend accounting for at least two hours before departure for domestic flights and three for international.

Booking & Payment 6 questions

Airport transfers and point-to-point trips can often be arranged same day, though at least 24 hours' notice is recommended. For weddings, corporate events, and larger group bookings, one to two weeks ahead is ideal to guarantee the requested vehicle class.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. For details specific to your booking type, contact us directly at (857) 204-2087 or info@loganairportlimolux.com.

All Limo Lux rates are flat, quoted at the time of booking and confirmed before the trip. There is no meter running, no surge pricing, and no surprises on the final invoice. Hourly bookings are billed at the agreed hourly rate for the reserved period.

Major credit and debit cards are accepted for online bookings. Corporate accounts can be set up for centralized billing with monthly invoicing. If you have specific billing requirements, contact us when setting up the account and we'll accommodate where possible.

Yes. Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle class can be made by calling or emailing us. Modifications are subject to availability, and changes within 4 hours of pickup may not always be accommodated for vehicle-class changes. Contact us as early as possible if your schedule shifts.

Gratuity is not automatically included in the quoted rate. It is entirely at your discretion. If you'd like to add gratuity to a booking, you can do so when completing your reservation online or mention it when calling.

Fleet & Vehicles 5 questions

The fleet has four vehicle classes: a Sedan (Lincoln Continental or similar, 4 passengers, 2 large bags), a Luxury Sedan (Cadillac CT5 or similar, 3 passengers, 2 large bags), a Luxury SUV (Cadillac Escalade or similar, 6 passengers, 6 large bags), and a Van (Mercedes Sprinter, 10 passengers, 10 large bags). The most important factors are passenger count and luggage. The Sedan fits up to 4 passengers with 2 bags. The SUV fits up to 6 with 6 bags. The Sprinter van fits up to 10 with 10 bags. If your group is at the upper limit of a class, consider sizing up so everyone travels comfortably. Call us if you're unsure and we'll recommend the right fit.

Yes. Every Limo Lux vehicle is detailed and mechanically inspected before each reservation. A vehicle that doesn't meet the standard doesn't go out.

USB charging ports are available in all vehicles. Wi-Fi is available on select units. If connectivity is important for your trip, mention it when booking and we'll assign a vehicle accordingly.

Child seat requests should be made at least 24 hours before the pickup. Contact us directly when booking to confirm availability and the appropriate seat type for your child's age and weight.

Yes. Corporate accounts include centralized billing, priority scheduling, and a dedicated contact for booking and support. Accounts can be set up for companies of any size. Email info@loganairportlimolux.com or call us to get started, and we'll have the account active within one business day.

Yes. The hourly and daily service is built for exactly this. Reserve a chauffeur and vehicle for a set period with full flexibility to adjust routing and stops as the day unfolds. No metered clock working against you. We've handled roadshows across Boston, Waltham, Needham, and into Connecticut in a single day without issue.

Yes. All Limo Lux chauffeurs are background-checked and trained in the standards of professional chauffeur service. That includes discretion during phone calls, not initiating conversation unless addressed, and handling sensitive or confidential travel with appropriate professionalism.

Yes. Many corporate clients book on behalf of executives or visitors. You provide the pickup details, vehicle preference, and the passenger's contact information, and we handle the coordination. The passenger receives pickup instructions directly, and you receive booking confirmation and receipt.

Special Occasions 3 questions

Yes. Limo Lux arranges wedding day transportation for the couple, the wedding party, and guests. We coordinate with venue arrival and departure windows, can handle multiple vehicles for larger parties, and brief each chauffeur on the day's timeline. Wedding bookings are best placed two to four weeks in advance to guarantee vehicle availability.

Yes. Limo Lux handles drop-off and pickup for events at Fenway Park, TD Garden, Gillette Stadium, and private venues across New England. Flexible pickup times mean you can stay through the final whistle or the last dance. Contact us with your event details and we'll confirm routing and timing.

The vehicle is detailed to a higher standard for special occasion bookings. The chauffeur is briefed on the event, the schedule, and any specific requests. For weddings in particular, we treat the timing as non-negotiable. The result is a reservation that doesn't feel like a ride, it feels like part of the occasion.

Service Area 4 questions

Limo Lux is based in Greater Boston and serves Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Logan International Airport and JFK are the primary airport hubs, and we handle point-to-point trips between any two locations within the service area.

Yes. We regularly handle trips from Boston to Providence, Boston to Manchester, Boston to Hartford, and similar inter-city routes. For long-distance trips outside the five-state service area, contact us directly and we'll confirm availability and pricing.

Yes. We cover the full Greater Boston area including Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Waltham, Needham, Quincy, and surrounding suburbs, as well as destinations further out like Worcester, Springfield, and Cape Cod. If your pickup or drop-off is outside the core service zone, call us to confirm before booking.

There is a minimum fare applied to short trips. The exact minimum depends on the vehicle class and trip type. When you complete an online booking, the quoted rate will reflect the applicable minimum. For hourly reservations, the minimum block is two hours.
