Cancellation Policy
Overview
We understand that travel plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and no-shows are handled for Limo Lux reservations. By booking with Limo Lux, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Standard Cancellations
1.1 More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, with no cancellation fee.
1.2 Within 24 Hours of Pickup
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee reflects the vehicle and chauffeur reserved exclusively for your trip during that window.
1.3 How to Cancel
Reservations can be cancelled by:

- Using the cancellation link in your booking confirmation, where available
We recommend cancelling by phone for same-day changes to ensure your request is received and processed promptly.
2. Airport Transfers
Airport transfer cancellations follow the standard policy above. Because we track flights and adjust pickup timing automatically, a flight delay is not treated as a cancellation, your reservation remains active and your chauffeur’s arrival will adjust to your actual landing time at no additional charge.
If your flight is cancelled entirely, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your ground transportation.
3. Hourly & Daily Reservations
Hourly and daily bookings follow the standard cancellation policy. Because these reservations hold a chauffeur and vehicle for an extended period, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to the full applicable cancellation fee.
4. Weddings & Special Occasions
Due to the advance planning, vehicle preparation, and chauffeur briefing involved in wedding and special occasion bookings, these reservations require a longer cancellation window:
- Cancellations made 2 weeks (14 days) or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be a percentage of the total reservation cost.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund, given the vehicle and chauffeur have been exclusively reserved and other bookings declined for that date.
Specific terms for your wedding or event booking will be confirmed in writing (email) at the time of booking.
5. Corporate Accounts
Cancellation terms for corporate accounts follow the standard policy unless otherwise specified in a separate corporate services agreement. Recurring or high-volume corporate bookings may have customized cancellation terms; please refer to your account agreement or contact your dedicated account representative.
6. Modifications
Changes to a reservation, such as pickup time, location, or vehicle class, are not treated as cancellations and can typically be made without a fee, subject to availability. Modifications requested within 4 hours of pickup may not always be accommodated, particularly for vehicle class changes during high-demand periods.

7. No-Shows
A “no-show” occurs when:
- A passenger is not present at the confirmed pickup location within the applicable grace period, and
- The passenger cannot be reached using the contact information provided at booking
No-shows are charged the full reservation fare and are not eligible for a refund. For airport pickups, our flight-tracking and terminal-specific pickup instructions are designed to prevent this situation; if you are having trouble locating your chauffeur, please call us immediately rather than leaving the pickup area.
8. Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank.
9. Limo Lux-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, Limo Lux may need to cancel a confirmed reservation due to vehicle unavailability, severe weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you as early as possible, offer a comparable alternative where available, and provide a full refund if no suitable alternative can be arranged.
10. Force Majeure
Limo Lux is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.
