How far in advance should I book?
We accept reservations up to 6 months ahead. For Logan Airport transfers, 24 hours' notice is ideal. For last-minute requests, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts include centralized billing, priority scheduling, and a dedicated point of contact. Email or call us to get started and we'll set up the account within one business day.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee. Contact us directly for details on specific trips.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. When booking, select the vehicle class that fits your group and luggage. If you have a specific requirement not covered in the booking form, include it in the notes or call us.
What airports do you serve?
Logan International (BOS), JFK International, Manchester-Boston Regional (MHT), and T.F. Green International (PVD) are our primary airports. Other airports are available on request.
How do airport pickups work?
We monitor your flight in real time. Before landing, you'll receive terminal-specific pickup instructions. Your chauffeur will be curbside or at baggage claim with a name display, adjusted automatically for any delays.
